Theo is great! He walked me through the repair to make sure I understand what is happening and why. He is very professional and is there to get you taken care of. Would recommend him for all your needs. ADDITION- I also had Courtesy Flush redo my kitchen. I have attached a before and after, the pictures speak for themselves. Thank you!

Theo is the best! He went above and beyond to make sure our new dishwasher was installed quickly, despite several bumps in the road (unforeseen plumbing issues and a broken door on the new appliance). He thinks through each issue thoroughly to make sure the work is done properly. We will definitely call Theo for future projects! River was also very helpful and got us on the schedule promptly. Thank you again!

Had an active leak and Courtesy Flush was there within 20 minutes. Great service, professional, and the price was very fair for the work performed. I plan on using them for all future plumbing needs

Had an appointment scheduled, message him the day before to ask for a time frame, no response, messaged him the day of the appointment and finally got a response he said he forgot so we rescheduled for another appointment , texted the day before the appointment no response.

I really appreciate Theo and his team for coming to our rescue multiple times with toilet installs, faucets, and busted pipe fixes. Plumbing is a valuable skill needed in our community and I am really thankful for people willing to share their skills to benefit others. It’s busy season so please be patient with these guys as some fixes take longer than others and it’s hard to estimate how long their going to be on a job.

Called them to ask for plumbing service, they rudely handed me a inappropriate gmail address saying "we don't care we're busy find someone else". Still can't figure out what did they mean..

There is no courtesy at Courtesy Flush. My wife scheduled an appointment and was told someone would be Saturday morning. Come this morning, Theo did not just show up late, he didn't even have the courtesy to tell us he would be late. My wife texted to see if there was a problem and was told he took an "emergency" call and would be here between 10:30 and noon, as if someone else's problem is more severe than ours. Of course that did not happen. Here we are still without hot water. No call, no show, and no respect for our time. Do yourself a favor and use anyone but Courtesy Flush.

The timing of our water heater failure was pretty bad, Thanksgiving night! Theo answered right away and showed up the next day. We are very pleased with his work and would recommend.
